Meet your Instructor:
ANIELA ZALEZ is an intuitive, renaissance lady, a multi faceted artist, actress, designer and entrepreneur. She dabs into different forms of art and continues to design a rather Venusian life that feels both creative, magical and expansive.
Aniela has been practicing yoga for over 22 years and is a certified Reiki Practitioner. She began with teaching Vinyasa Yoga about 15 years ago between Los Angeles and NYC at various studios, she has now been teaching Kundalini Yoga for 4 years both in person and online.
She holds a BFA in Acting from Rutgers University and studied Shakespeare at The Globe theatre in London, UK.
Born in Alamar, Cuba and raised in Miami she speaks fluent Spanish and English, along with a bit of French.
Aniela has a deep passion for dancing, poetry and mythology.
She believes in the magical realism of BEING alive.
