We meet every Sunday Morning to chant a different mantra for 31 minutes.
The mantra will be posted on IG and also emailed to you that week. -

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient practice developed over several millennia in Tibet and Northern India. Brought to the west in 1969 by a master of the practice, Yogi Bhajan, Kundalini Yoga uses physical techniques of posture, breath, meditation, mantra and mudra in precise method for powerful results. Kundalini yoga works on the nervous system, glandular system and energetic aspects of the body to trigger incredible health, deeply positive brain chemistry, crystal clarity of the mind and an indelible understanding of infinity. It is an effective technology for longevity, radiance and a life powerfully lived.

It takes 40 days to break a habit and another 40 days to create a new one. Meditation helps to begin breaking old habits . It is a tool for creating steady powerful change in our lives. Daily meditation clears the subconscious stories and beliefs that have been running your life. Clearing the space for new stories of confidence and personal power.

NO PREVIOUS YOGA EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. In fact, there is no such thing as a “beginner” in this practice.

ANIELA ZALEZ
is a renaissance lady, a multi faceted artist, designer and entrepreneur. She dabs into most art forms and continues to design a life that feels both creative and expansive.
Aniela has been practicing yoga for over 22 years and is a certified Reiki Practitioner. She began teaching 15 years ago between Los Angeles and NYC at various studios. She holds a BFA in Acting from Rutgers University and studied Shakespeare at The Globe theatre in London, UK. Born in Alamar, Cuba and raised in Miami she speaks fluent Spanish and English, along with a bit of French.
